Haneda Airport is 20 km from the property; a direct bus from Narita Airport stops in Shinjuku, about 12 minutes from the hotel. Taiso-ji Temple is just a few steps from the door, and Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden is a 7-minute walk. Numerous restaurants and cafes - Eight Coffee, Yakiniku Kobeya, CoCo Ichibanya - are within 300 metres, making dining easy without venturing far.

Each apartment is a self-contained unit featuring a separate bedroom and a bathroom with both bath and shower. The kitchen includes a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and kitchenware, ideal for preparing meals. The living area has a dining table and a sofa bed that expands sleeping capacity to four (two single beds plus two sofa beds). The balcony adds outdoor space. Rooms are clean, well-organised, and equipped with free toiletries, an electric kettle, trouser press, and heating. The washing machine makes longer stays practical. Despite being well-equipped, the neighbourhood is quiet at night, and the room offers enough space to comfortably store multiple suitcases.

The aparthotel does not have its own restaurant or bar, and breakfast is not served on-site. However, the immediate area offers several dining options within 300 metres, including Eight Coffee, Monogusaya Shinjukugyoenmae, Yakiniku Kobeya, Tullys Coffee, CoCo Ichibanya, and QQ Tapioca. A convenience store (Lawson) is across the street for snacks and essentials. The full kitchen in each apartment allows guests to prepare their own meals and store groceries.

The only dedicated wellness amenity is the hot tub/Jacuzzi, which is offered at no extra charge. There is no spa, swimming pool, or gym on the property. The quiet neighbourhood and proximity to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden (600 m) provide pleasant options for outdoor relaxation and walking.
