YOU REDI, Florence

The apartment is located 7 km from Florence Airport, with a direct tram connection. The T2 line stop is just outside the building, delivering you to the city centre (Santa Maria Novella, 2 km) in 5-7 minutes. Fortezza da Basso Convention Center is a 13-minute walk. Palazzo Vecchio and Piazza del Duomo (4 km) are a 20-40 minute stroll (stroller-friendly route available). The surrounding San Jacopino neighbourhood offers several pizzerias, pastry shops, and restaurants (Pizzeria Trattoria San Jacopino, Lima Limon, and others within 0.5 km), making self-catering and quick meals easy. Car-free access is strongly preferred-parking is not available.

The apartment comprises one separate bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, and one bathroom with a shower and bidet. Total sleeping capacity is two beds (double in bedroom + sofa bed in living room). The layout is genuinely spacious-large enough for a fully functioning home environment, with a dining area and a work desk. Air conditioning is provided, which is critical for Florence's summer heat. The private balcony overlooks the main street. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and has a roomy shower. The apartment is cleaned and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere reinforced by a host who provides a welcome gift and detailed orientation. For those needing a washing machine and a full kitchen, this is a practical choice for stays of several nights or more.

The apartment's fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, utensils, dining table) is ideal for preparing meals. Groceries and easy dining options are abundant within 0.5 km: Pizzeria Trattoria San Jacopino, Lima Limon, Pizza Chiara San Jacopino, Varadero, Il Ghiottone Di Arianna, and Caraibico. Pasticceria Excalibur and Boutique Del Cioccolato (0.5 km) provide breakfast pastries and sweets. The host also supplies local area tips for eating out. There is no restaurant or breakfast service on the property, so self-catering or visiting nearby eateries is the primary approach.

The apartment's private terrace offers an outdoor seating area with street views, suitable for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. No dedicated wellness or leisure facilities (pool, spa, sauna, gym, games) are available on site. The apartment's location and tram connection are the primary leisure enablers-providing quick access to Florence's historic attractions, parks, and cultural venues.

WiFi is free throughout the apartment. A washing machine is provided, which is highly practical for longer stays. The host is responsive and provides a welcoming arrival with a bottle of wine and clear instructions about the apartment and neighbourhood tips. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00; the property does not offer 24-hour reception. Safety features include a fire extinguisher. No parking is available-the tram is the recommended transport. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted. Luggage storage and daily housekeeping are not confirmed services, so plan accordingly for early arrivals or late departures.
