Convenience stores (Lawson, 7-Eleven) and a full-service supermarket are within a short walk, making self-catering and daily errands straightforward. The Printing Museum Tokyo is a 4-minute walk, and a riverside park nearby adds a pleasant area for strolls. The area is very walkable with good bus connections (route 61) and taxis can find the building easily once the address is clear. Haneda Airport is 23 km away, reachable by train.

All apartments include a private bathroom with bath, bidet, and hairdryer, plus air conditioning and heating. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and cookware. Each unit has a dining area, wardrobe, flat-screen TV, and a washing machine (except Room 101, which lacks a washer-dryer). Room types range from studio apartments (floors 2-3) to one-bedroom (floor 1) and two-bedroom options (floor 4), with bed counts suitable for couples, families, or groups. The building has four floors and stairs only. The quiet location and comfortable beds support a restful night.

Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette, allowing guests to prepare their own meals.
