Rooms on floors 3-6 accommodate up to three people (one double bed plus one futon); sofa bed sheets are available on request. The rooms are very quiet - little to no street or neighbour noise - and the hot shower and comfortable beds support a good night's sleep. Being newer construction, the apartments feel fresh and clean. For two people the space is ideal; three may feel slightly tighter but still functional.

The ground-floor cafe, Coffee Yamayuri, is a popular spot for coffee and light bites, with a welcoming atmosphere. For self-catering, the apartment's kitchen is complete with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and cookware. A supermarket and convenience store are within a few minutes' walk, and many restaurants - including izakaya, udon, and Japanese curry spots - are within 0.5-1 km, especially around Takadanobaba and Okubo. The kitchen and local shopping make it easy to prepare meals or grab groceries, while the cafe downstairs offers a convenient place for a quick coffee or breakfast before heading out.

Wellness and leisure facilities are not available at the property. However, Otomeyama Park is less than 1 km away and provides green space for walking or relaxing. The calm, low-traffic neighbourhood makes the streets themselves suitable for light exercise. For more structured activities, the Takadanobaba area has fitness centres and bathhouses within a short walk or train ride.
