HOTEL LIVEMAX TOKYO-OTSUKA EKIMAE, Tokyo

Otsuka Station is a 3-minute walk from the north exit, placing Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, Ueno, and Tokyo Station within direct reach without transfers. Haneda Airport is 26 km away; from Narita, take the Keisei Line or Skyliner to Nippori, then transfer to the Yamanote Line for a 10-minute ride to Otsuka. The area is walkable and practical: Otsuka Mosque is 1 minute away, Tenso Shrine is 200 metres, and Sugamo Park is 600 metres. Shops and restaurants are within 0.5 km, making self-catering and dining easy.

Rooms are available as a single room with 1 semi-double bed or a twin room with 2 semi-double beds, making them suitable for solo travellers or pairs. Each room has a private bathroom with a bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer, and slippers. Amenities include a coffee machine, electric kettle, refrigerator, microwave, flat-screen TV, wardrobe, and safe deposit box. The atmosphere is clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding and a good water pressure in the shower. Beds are suitable for guests up to about 190 cm in height; those taller may find the bed length limiting.

Breakfast is served until 11:00, catering to late sleepers, but it is not a buffet - it is a lighter continental-style option. For fuller lunches or dinners, the immediate neighbourhood has several restaurants within 0.5 km, including Sym's Coffee, Tempura Tsuzumi, Cam on Pho, Totoya Uomaru Otsuka, Terrazza, Gyoza No Osho, Shokakuro, and Koshuichiba, offering a variety of cuisines.

WiFi is free in all areas, and the 24-hour front desk accommodates late arrivals and express check-in after 10:00 AM. Luggage can be stored before check-in and during the stay, but not after check-out. A 24-hour coin laundry is available on-site for self-service washing. The hotel has a lift, non-smoking rooms, and accepts deliveries from Yamato Transport for pre-paid luggage. Payment can be made with American Express, Visa, Diners Club, JCB, Discover, UnionPay, or MasterCard. No parking is available.
