69 MANIN TERMINI, Rome

The property sits in the historic heart of Rome, directly opposite the main railway hub. Termini provides direct metro (lines A and B), bus, tram, and train connections to all major attractions and airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino). Santa Maria Maggiore is an easy 3-minute walk, and many historic sites such as the Colosseum and Roman Forum are reachable on foot in 15-20 minutes. The surrounding area is busy, with numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops within a 5-minute radius. The tram stop immediately outside offers a practical alternative to walking or the metro. While the station zone is lively around the clock, some side streets can feel less polished after dark - staying aware of your surroundings is advisable.

Accommodation options include double, triple, and quadruple rooms, each with a private bathroom equipped with a bath, shower, and bidet. Rooms benefit from air conditioning, heating, soundproofed walls, and a work desk. Tea/coffee making facilities and an electric kettle are provided. Beds are generally comfortable, though some double rooms consist of two single beds pushed together rather than a single king-size mattress. Street-facing rooms are exposed to tram and traffic noise, so interior-facing or higher-floor rooms are quieter. Bathroom finishes vary: while fixtures are clean and functional, the overall décor is basic and older in style. Rooms are spacious enough for short stays, but those expecting modern, high-end finishes may find the setting dated. Cleaning is daily, though reports indicate that thoroughness can vary, particularly under beds and in shower corners.

Breakfast is a continental-style offering with Italian and Halal options, including fresh fruit, and is delivered directly to the room upon request at an additional charge of €6 per person. A coffee shop on the premises provides a casual space for a hot drink or snack throughout the day. For those who prefer to dine out, the streets around Termini offer a dense cluster of restaurants and pizzerias within a 2-minute walk - including options such as Elettra, Alla Buona Cucina, and Ristorante Il Condor, all about 200 metres away. The property itself can also arrange children's meals on request at an additional cost.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge in public areas. The property provides a lift, soundproofed rooms, and a safety deposit box. Services include daily housekeeping, express check-in/check-out, and private check-in/check-out. A paid shuttle service can be arranged for airport transfers. Luggage can be stored free of charge both before check-in and after check-out, which is practical for late flights or early arrivals. There is no on-site reception after 23:00, but a late-night self check-in system is available if prior payment and documentation are submitted. Staff communicate primarily via WhatsApp during unstaffed hours. A barber/beauty shop is located on the premises.
