AB HOUSE, Bangkok

AB House is situated in the city centre, roughly 500 metres from Platinum Mall and a 15-minute walk from Central Embassy. Gaysorn Village Shopping Mall is 1 km away and SEA LIFE Bangkok Ocean World is 2 km from the property. Don Mueang International Airport is 26 km from the hotel. Guests have described the area as convenient for shopping and close to everything, while the building itself remains relatively quiet. Free on-site parking and street parking make car use straightforward, though the location is also very walkable for exploring the immediate district.

A range of units is available: quadruple rooms (2 beds), studio rooms with an inner courtyard view, triple rooms with a quiet street view, twin rooms with lift access, and multi-bedroom apartments. The 2-bedroom apartment includes a kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, and microwave. The 4-bedroom apartment is split over two floors and offers 4 bathrooms, a washing machine, and a kitchen. All rooms have a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, air conditioning, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV with a pre-installed Netflix app (guests must use their own account). Rooms are reported as clean, spacious, and comfortable, with new appliances. Beds cannot be reconfigured - bunk beds remain as configured.

AB House does not offer breakfast, but the central location provides easy access to numerous restaurants and cafés. Baan Garagade Thai Cuisine, Happy Eagle, and Taikong Seafood are each approximately 0.5 km away. Apartments with full kitchens (stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kitchenware) allow for self-catering, and each room includes an electric kettle for making hot drinks.

On-site wellness amenities such as a pool, spa, or gym are absent. The outdoor seating area provides a place to relax. The central location compensates by offering easy walking access to shopping malls, restaurants, and city attractions.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Parking is free and available on site without a reservation; street parking is also possible. The 24-hour front desk can assist with check-in and luggage storage. All upper-floor rooms are accessible via a lift. CCTV in common areas and outside the property, along with fire extinguishers, provide security. Pets are not allowed. A washing machine is available for guest use, and the designated smoking area is available for those who smoke. Room cleaning is provided only upon request - not automatically every day.
