The Florenc bus and metro station is a short walk away, making the city center very accessible on foot or by public transport. Supermarkets such as Lidl, cafes, and many restaurants are within 300 m. The surrounding area is busy, but rooms away from the main street and train tracks offer quieter conditions. For car-users, parking is at a nearby garage (100-150 m) rather than on-site, so plan for a short walk with luggage.

Rooms are equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV, tea and coffee maker, safe, and heating. Some suites have separate bedrooms and living areas, with sofas that convert to beds (the sofa bed is less comfortable). Blackout curtains are provided in all suites. A small electric fan is available instead of air conditioning - this can make summer stays uncomfortable, especially on upper floors. Bathroom conditions vary: some are recently renovated, others have mold, poor drainage, or broken fixtures. Floor issues (uneven, sunken areas near bathroom) have been noted. The property is older and the decor feels dated in some rooms, but cleanliness is generally well maintained with daily housekeeping.

Breakfast includes a variety of cold items, pastries, breads, hot drinks, and some hot options. During peak times the breakfast room can become crowded, and there is only one coffee machine, leading to queues. The property itself has no restaurant or bar, but the area is full of dining options within a short walk - Asian, vegan, café, and bakeries all within 300 m. Guests with kitchenettes often choose to prepare their own meals to save money and avoid the walk to breakfast.

The property does not offer any spa, pool, fitness room, or leisure facilities. There is no balcony or outdoor area for relaxation. The main leisure value is the central location, which puts Prague's major attractions, parks, and riverbanks within easy walking distance. Supermarkets and shops are nearby for self-catering convenience.
