The metro station is a quick walk, and the Renfe train at Passeig de Gracia runs directly to the airport. Many top sights, restaurants, shops, and a supermarket are within a 5- to 15-minute walk. The area is safe and well-connected. The beach is about 3 km away (30-40 minutes on foot or a short taxi ride). While the central location is excellent for exploring on foot, the neighbourhood itself is quiet. Paid public parking is available within a few minutes' walk, but the area is best explored without a car.

The rooms are spacious, with private bedrooms and a separate living/dining area. The kitchen is fitted with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and tea/coffee maker. Air conditioning is present in the living room, and in some apartments also in the master bedroom; smaller bedrooms may rely on a space heater. The windows are soundproofed, which keeps street noise low, but internal building noise can be heard between apartments. Bedrooms vary: larger apartments have fitted wardrobes, while smaller ones may have limited storage. A washing machine and drying rack are provided. The apartments are generally clean and comfortable, though a few units show wear. Balconies are available on some apartments. A cot is available on request.
