Ibiza Town Bus Station is a 10-minute walk, with direct routes to Es Cavallet and Ses Salines beaches. The immediate neighbourhood is calm yet well-served: cafés, tapas bars, and a supermarket are within a 3-minute walk. For exploring the island, a car is helpful but parking is scarce; taxis and the nearby bus station are practical alternatives. Dalt Vila and the marina are about 20 minutes on foot, though the walk includes some steep sections.

Rooms are renovated and clean, with comfortable beds and blackout curtains. However, storage space is minimal (no drawers or wardrobe in some units) and in-room amenities are basic - no fridge, kettle, or telephone. The bathroom is often integrated into the room using frosted glass partitions for the shower and toilet, which provides limited privacy and amplifies sounds. Some rooms have a balcony with loungers, while others face an inner courtyard. Noise transfer is noticeable due to thin walls and slamming doors; rooms near reception or on lower floors tend to be noisier. For better sleep, request a room away from the main corridors and reception. Single rooms and a suite with a seating area are also available.

Breakfast includes bread, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, cereals, fruit, and a coffee machine that produces good-quality coffee. The buffet is replenished during service, though during peak times some items may run low temporarily. The bar offers wine, beer, and snack-bar items, and you can sit on the terrace. Several restaurants, tapas bars, and a supermarket are within a three-minute walk, providing alternative dining options. Breakfast operates 07:30-10:30 (from 08:00 on Sundays).
