The air-conditioned apartment has 1 bedroom with a comfortable queen bed (matress is fixed and cannot be split) and a separate living area with a sofa bed. The private bathroom includes a shower, bidet, and hairdryer, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, cookware, and a washing machine. The apartment features a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities, a safe, and parquet flooring. The balcony offers city views. Blackout curtains ensure a dark sleeping environment. The apartment is private, not a hotel room, so towels are provided with a change set and can be washed in the apartment's washing machine. The bed is a single queen mattress and cannot be separated.
