The complex sits in a quiet residential area on the Costa Adeje, yet is close to essential services: a supermarket, greengrocer, pharmacy, and small restaurants are just steps from the entrance. Colon Port is 2 km away, and Tenerife South Airport is 20 km (about 20-25 minutes by car). Free private parking is available on site, and a paid shuttle service can be arranged. The location is well suited to families - the water parks are easily reached on foot - and the surrounding streets feel safe for evening walks. A few minutes' walk downhill leads to the beachfront promenade.

The recently renovated apartment sleeps two adults comfortably in a double bed, with the living-room sofa suitable for a child or an extra guest (an extra bed can be requested for a small child). The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, and cookware, plus a washing machine and ironing facilities.
