Ningyocho Station (Hibiya and Asakusa lines) is a 3-minute walk, providing direct train access to Haneda Airport in 35-40 minutes via the Keikyu Line, and a short ride to Asakusa, Akihabara, and Shibuya. Tokyo Station is a 20-25 minute walk, and the City Air Terminal (for limousine buses to Narita and Haneda) is about 1 km away. The immediate area is a calm, upscale business neighbourhood with many local restaurants, several convenience stores (7-Eleven next door), and a large supermarket (OK Store) nearby. A police station close by adds to the sense of security, and the Imperial Gardens and Akihabara are within walking distance.

The hotel offers single, double, and twin rooms. All rooms are compact-double rooms measure about 12 m²-with efficient layouts to maximise space. The bed in a double room is 195 cm long and 142 cm wide. Each room includes a private bathroom with a bath, shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Amenities also include a fridge, electric kettle, trouser press, yukata, and slippers. Daily housekeeping hangs fresh towels, yukata, and coffee/tea packets on the door. A microwave is available on the first floor. The room size is best suited for sleeping and showering; storing and opening large suitcases can be challenging. Rooms away from the cleaning area and on higher floors offer a quieter experience.

The hotel does not have a restaurant. Instead, guests receive a voucher for breakfast at the Excelsior Caffè near Ningyocho Station, offering a choice of 3-4 types of sandwiches (ham, tuna, croque monsieur) or toast with butter and jam, plus a hot drink. Portions are small, and the better sandwich options can run out. A vending machine for drinks is available on the ground floor.

The wellness options are limited to a paid massage service. There is no pool, gym, spa, or sauna. The quiet, upscale neighbourhood provides pleasant residential streets for walking, and a small park is located nearby. The hotel is a short walk from the Genyadana Monument and the Sankatsu Yukata Museum.
