The hotel sits at the edge of a quiet, less touristy neighbourhood in central Tokyo. Kodenmacho Station on the Hibiya Line is immediately outside, giving direct access to Ginza, Roppongi, and Ueno (17 minutes). Akihabara is one stop away (3 minutes). The Hanzomon Line is a short walk, reaching Nippon Budokan in 20 minutes and the Imperial Palace area in 25 minutes. Tokyo Station is about 15 minutes on foot, with longer but interesting walking routes. Haneda Airport is roughly 50 minutes by train via the Keikyu-Kuko Line; Narita Airport requires a Skyliner change at Ueno. The TCAT airport limousine bus stop is a 20-minute walk. There is no hotel shuttle. The immediate area is well served by convenience stores, coffee shops, and plenty of restaurants within a 2-minute walk. Some subway entrances lack lifts, making heavy luggage a challenge.

Room types include Double, Twin, Deluxe Twin, and a Twin/Tatami combination. All rooms are carpeted and have soundproof walls. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower booth and a high-tech washlet toilet. Windows can be opened for air circulation, but some rooms face a side street where the next building is very close, limiting privacy. The rooms feel slightly larger than Tokyo average, with some regular rooms sized around 19 m² and Deluxe Twins noticeably larger at up to 27 m². Bedding is Airweave brand, which some find firm. For groups of two adults with two children, a twin room with shared beds works; for one child a double or twin is suitable. Deluxe Twin accommodates three adults easily. Each room has a flat-screen satellite TV, safe, refrigerator, electric kettle, and free toiletries. There is no kitchenette.

Breakfast is a buffet with Japanese and Western options, including salmon with red caviar, and is served 06:30-09:30. It costs ¥2300 per adult and ¥1100 per child per meal if not included in the plan. The on-site restaurant (Hatago) serves Japanese and European cuisine in a family-friendly, modern setting. From 21:30 to 23:00, free Yonaki Soba ramen is offered to all guests. A drinks vending machine is available on the premises. The surrounding streets have many varied restaurants, cafés, and a convenience store and supermarket within a 1-minute walk.

The 11th-floor public bath (separated for men and women) features an indoor hot pool, an outdoor bath, a six-person sauna, and a single-person cold plunge tub. The water is treated with ultra-soft water, not natural hot spring. Towels are not provided inside the bath area. After bathing, free ice pops are available, and a Yakult-like drink is offered in the morning. Two massage chairs are popular and sometimes busy. A sauna is also free for guests. Additional massage services are available for an extra charge. The hotel also offers a shared washing machine and dryer (dryers cost ¥100 for 20 minutes), plus a free trouser press. A small manga library is present in the common area.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The 24-hour front desk can handle check-in and check-out via automated kiosks or staff counter; note that some staff have limited English and use translation tools. Luggage storage is free and available both before check-in and after check-out, but only if you have a return reservation. Valuables, fragile items, and refrigerated/frozen items cannot be stored. A Yamato domestic luggage forwarding service is available (no same-day or airport delivery). Daily housekeeping is free, but for consecutive 7-night stays only one cleaning is provided unless requested. Dry cleaning and laundry are available for an extra fee; co-coin washing machines are free, dryers cost ¥100 per 20 minutes. Currency exchange is offered. Designated smoking rooms are on the 7th and 10th floors; the rest of the hotel is non-smoking. A tatami area, lifts, and wheelchair-accessible features are present.
