APARTAMENTO CENTRO MALAGA, Malaga

The property is situated in Málaga's city centre, less than 1 km from the Picasso Museum and Alcazaba fortress, both reachable on foot in under 10 minutes. La Malagueta Beach is an 18-minute walk away, while Malaga Airport is 10 km from the apartment. Numerous restaurants, including Uri Sushi, Pizzeria Luis, and Perroloco FoodxBar, are within a 5-minute walk, and a prepared-food shop operates directly below the apartment. The central position means most major attractions, markets, and shops are easily accessible without a car, making it a very practical base for exploring the city.

The apartment contains two separate bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds) plus a living room with a sofa bed, accommodating up to four people. The private bathroom includes a shower and free toiletries, and an iron is available. Amenities include air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, and a flat-screen TV. The unit is well equipped for longer stays with a tea/coffee maker, dining area, and wardrobe storage. The balcony overlooks a quiet street, providing a peaceful retreat in the city centre. An additional rollaway bed or cot can be arranged on request, and a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, and kitchenware are provided for self-catering.

There is no restaurant or breakfast service at the property. However, the fully equipped kitchen - including a stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dining area - is well suited for preparing meals. A prepared-food shop is located directly below the apartment, making quick dining convenient. The surrounding streets are lined with restaurants such as sushi, pizza, and local Spanish options, all within a short walk. Cooking oil, coffee, detergent, and basic pantry items are often stocked, helping guests start self-catering immediately without needing to buy everything.

WiFi is available free of charge within the apartment. The property has a 24-hour reception with a person available at all times, though late arrivals after 21:00 incur a supplement. Luggage storage is offered from 12:00 if the apartment is not yet ready for check-in at 16:00. An airport shuttle can be arranged with the host for a flat fee of €35 (taxi). Private parking is available nearby at €15 per day, but must be reserved in advance. The building has a lift, and the apartment is non-smoking throughout. Pets are permitted, though charges may apply.
