Malaga Airport is 11 km from the apartments. Free street parking can sometimes be found nearby, and a bus stop directly adjacent provides connections to the train station and city attractions. The neighbourhood has shops and cafés within a short walk but some surrounding streets are less quiet at night.

The apartments offer tiled floors, a seating area with flat-screen TV, a washing machine, and a tea and coffee maker. Bed configurations vary from 2 to 6 beds depending on the apartment size, with some units having a sofa bed. While rooms are spacious, furnishings and mattresses are basic: mattresses are thin (around 5-12 cm) and beds are reported as uncomfortable. Kitchens include a refrigerator, microwave, and toaster, but utensils are limited. Noise from the internal courtyard can be audible. No cots or extra bedding beyond what is directly provided are available. The apartment is non-smoking throughout and has heating as well as air conditioning, though the air-conditioning unit can be noisy.
