APARTAMENTOS DORMAVALENCIA, Valencia

The apartments sit in a lively neighbourhood with multiple tapas bars, restaurants, a supermarket and a 24-hour grocery within a block. The metro and bus stops are a short walk away, providing direct access to the City of Arts and Sciences (15 minutes) and central Valencia (20 minutes). Free street parking is available about 800m from the property. A bike rental shop next door offers bicycles from 12 EUR per day.

The 4-bedroom apartments are spacious, with 2 bathrooms, 7 beds, a washing machine, and a balcony. They are better suited for larger groups or families. The studio and loft units are compact; the studio combines living and sleeping areas. Some rooms have windows that can let in cold draughts and noise from a nightclub or the restaurant kitchen below. The 4-bedroom units with balcony have better natural light. Ground-floor apartments may have rooms with windows facing a blank wall.

The apartments are equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kitchenware and a coffee machine - suitable for preparing meals. A supermarket and a 24-hour grocery are within a two-minute walk. The El Grao district offers a wide range of tapas bars and restaurants, several within 300m. For those wanting a wider selection, the City of Arts and Sciences area is a 15-minute walk or metro ride away.

The hot tub is available in selected apartments only (the 4-bedroom unit). It is not shared between apartments. The property provides direct access to the beach, ideal for sunbathing and swimming. Valencia's climate is pleasant for beach activities from March to November.

WiFi is provided free of charge but its reliability varies; some units experience outages with no immediate support. The electronic key system via smartphone app allows contactless entry but has a known intermittent failure that leaves the door unable to open, with the host slow to respond. Express check-in/out is available. Luggage storage is offered after check-out. A washing machine is present in the apartment. No lift is available. No daily housekeeping is included.
