Each apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed, plus a convertible sofa bed that sleeps up to two additional people, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The living area includes a flat-screen TV, dining table, and seating. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, and cooking utensils. A welcome pack with tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, and olive oil is provided. The private bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. A washing machine and ironing facilities are also available. Air conditioning and heating ensure year-round comfort. The apartment is cleaned thoroughly, with fresh linens and towels. No lift - units are on floors 1-4, so it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility or heavy luggage.

The apartment does not have a restaurant or serve breakfast, but the fully equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare your own meals using fresh produce from the Central Market (just outside the door).
