The Nuevo Centro shopping centre with supermarkets, cafés, and a decathlon is about 300 m away. The Turia Park runs opposite the hotel, offering green space for running or walking. A direct bus to the beach stops nearby. The area is generally walkable to main attractions, but the metro makes it easy to reach the old town and transport hubs. The surroundings include a variety of restaurants and cafés within a 5-10 minute walk.

All studios are the same layout, featuring a double bed and a sofa bed (the sofa bed is included at no extra cost). Each unit has a private bathroom with a shower, free toiletries, and hair dryer. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee machine, cookware, and utensils. The seating area has a flat-screen TV, work desk, dining table, and sofa. Air conditioning, heating, and darkening curtains are provided. Rooms are generally described as spacious and modern, but ground-floor street-facing studios may experience noise from passers-by and traffic. Triple-glazed windows help soundproofing on some units. The sofa bed comfort has been noted as mixed. The bathroom can feel compact, and lighting in the bathroom could be brighter. The property is accessible to wheelchair users via a lift; accessible rooms can be reserved by contacting the property in advance.

The property does not have its own restaurant or bar. A continental breakfast option can be booked for €13 per person and is served at a café close to the hotel. The surrounding area has a variety of restaurants including El tio Batiste (0.5 km), Huakaloa (0.5 km), and La Tabernita de Vane (0.5 km). The Nuevo Centro shopping centre contains additional eateries and a food court. The kitchenette allows guests to prepare their own meals, which can help reduce dining costs.

The property provides a basic fitness room with some equipment and a co-working space. There is no swimming pool, spa, sauna, or wellness centre on site. The Turia Park opposite the hotel offers a large green area for jogging, walking, or relaxing. The Bioparc Valencia and the Valencia Botanical Gardens are within walking distance. The property is also close to a basketball court and other park facilities. The leisure options are limited to the gym and nearby public parks, making it more suited to active travellers or those who plan to explore the city.
