The apartments sit on Pilato Square, home to the 15th-century Casa Pilatos Palace, a national monument. The location is a calm pocket of Seville's lively Alfalfa district, with excellent walkability to all major sites: the Cathedral, Alcázar, and Santa Cruz neighbourhood are about 10 minutes on foot. Santa Justa train station is a 20-minute walk away, and a local bus line is nearby. The square is quiet at night, yet surrounded by tapas bars, bakeries, and supermarkets within a few minutes' walk.

The property consists of three apartments, each on a separate floor with no lift. The ground-floor apartment has a private 6 m2 furnished patio with table and chairs, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The first-floor apartment features a large enclosed balcony overlooking the square. The third-floor attic apartment has a private 50 m2 furnished terrace with views of Plaza Pilatos, one bedroom, and one bathroom. All apartments include a spacious living room with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV with Netflix access, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, hairdryer, free toiletries, air conditioning, heating, blackout blinds, and ironing facilities.

Wi-Fi is free throughout and reported to be reliable. On-site luggage lockers in the building entrance allow guests to store bags before check-in or after check-out, which is especially useful for late flights or early arrivals.
