Seville Airport is 9 km from the apartments. Because the street is pedestrian-only, taxis drop off about 5 minutes away on foot, which is worth factoring in if travelling with heavy luggage. The area is flat and ideal for walking to all major landmarks; a taxi or the airport shuttle is only needed for airport transfers.

Each apartment includes a seating area and a kitchen equipped with a microwave, stovetop, electric kettle, espresso coffee machine, toaster, and cookware. Some apartments add a dining area, a private terrace or balcony (e.g. the top-floor apartment has a private terrace overlooking the Giralda and Cathedral), while others have access to the shared sun terrace.
