APARTMAN KAISER, Prague

The apartment sits on a main avenue close to the National Theatre and the Rudolfinum, with countless shops and restaurants just steps away. Národní třída metro station is a 5-minute walk, making the rest of the city easily accessible. Despite the central location on a busy street, apartments facing the inner courtyard are notably quiet. The location is ideal for walking to all major attractions; most landmarks are reachable within 10-15 minutes on foot.

Accommodation options range from twin rooms to spacious apartments with up to three bedrooms, accommodating groups comfortably. Each unit includes a private entrance, seating area, flat-screen TV, and soundproofed rooms. Kitchens come with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and cookware. Some apartments feature a balcony or terrace with city or castle views. Bed configurations vary - some rooms have king or twin beds, and larger units can sleep up to 10 people. Courtyard-facing apartments are quieter; road-facing ones may experience street noise. Rooms are described as spacious, clean, and functional, with comfortable beds.

The property does not have its own restaurant or breakfast service, but a restaurant operates in the same building. The nearest shop is just 20 metres away for self-catering supplies. Dozens of restaurants, cafes, and bars are within a 5-minute walk, including Café Louvre, Gran Fierro, and U Medvidku - ideal for those who prefer to eat out rather than cook.

The building has a lift, CCTV in common and outdoor areas, fire extinguishers, and key access for security. Reception services include express check-in/out and invoice provision; luggage storage is available for an additional charge but there is no on-site storage room. Pets are allowed on request with a fee. The host is known for being flexible and communicative, often waiting for late arrivals and offering early check-in when possible.
