The apartment sits on a pedestrian street connecting two of the city's busiest landmarks, placing every major site within a short walk. The National Theatre, Wenceslas Square, Prague Castle, and the Můstek metro station are all reachable on foot in 15 minutes or less. Dozens of restaurants, bars, and shops are within a 5-minute radius. Despite the constant foot traffic outside, the triple-glazed windows keep the interior exceptionally quiet. Public transport links are excellent: a bus (line 59) then the metro (green line A) from the airport is a cost-effective option, and the airport shuttle can be arranged for a fee.

The one-bedroom apartment (41 m2) offers a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a dining area. The duplex apartment adds a second-floor bedroom for up to four guests, with a living room, kitchen, and dining space on the first floor. The sofabed is best suited for occasional use as it can be less comfortable for sleeping. The private bathroom includes a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Each apartment has soundproofed windows, parquet floors, heating, a flat-screen TV, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and a washing machine. There are no balconies and no air conditioning. The building has no lift, so units on higher floors require climbing stairs with luggage.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. Luggage storage is available at the reception (a 30-second walk across the street) for both before check-in and after check-out at no extra cost.
