APARTMENT CALETON BLANCO, CENTRAL PUERTO DEL CARMEN, Puerto del Carmen (Lanzarote)

This apartment sits directly on the beachfront strip of Puerto del Carmen, placing the sand, main promenade, and the lively 'Strip' of bars and restaurants just steps away. A supermarket is 1 minute from the door, and the beach itself is a 4-minute walk. Lanzarote Golf Resort is 3 km away, and Rancho Texas Park is 4 km. The central location provides easy access to scuba diving, nearby bowling, and the Jameos del Agua Caves (30 km). The area scores 9.9 for location and is walkable for most daily needs, though the complex has many steps.

The apartment features 2 separate bedrooms with comfortable beds and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living area includes a dining table, a flat-screen TV with English satellite channels (BBC, ITV, CH4, CH5, and Sky), and a patio. A full kitchen with hob, microwave, toaster, and washing machine supports self-catering. Air conditioning is only in the bedrooms; the living area relies on open windows for cooling. The unit offers a private entrance, a 42-inch TV, and a hairdryer. The apartment feels spacious and clean, with a large sun-drenched balcony.

The complex features a year-round outdoor kids' pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool is not heated, so its temperature fluctuates with the weather. For adults, the beach is directly adjacent - ideal for swimming and sunbathing. Nearby leisure includes scuba diving, a golf course (within 3 km), and bowling (off-site). The spacious balcony and patio offer private outdoor relaxation.

Wi-Fi is available for free in public areas; a portable MIFI unit can be provided on request for in-apartment use. A safety deposit box is available in the apartment. Luggage storage is available at a local office (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) for late departures. Parking is not available on site. The property is non-smoking, and air conditioning incurs an additional charge.
