The apartment sits on a quiet, secure gated complex in the top-rated area of Puerto del Carmen. Lanzarote Airport is 5 km away, and Rancho Texas Park is 2 km from the property. The entire beachfront promenade and port area is easily walkable, with Lanzarote Golf Resort and Jardín de Cactus Gardens also nearby. Free public parking is available off-site but cannot be reserved, making a car practical only if you are happy to hunt for a space. For airport transfers, the host can arrange a taxi.

The apartment sleeps up to three guests across a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed in the living area. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, kitchenware, and an electric kettle - ideal for self-catering. Air conditioning, a washing machine, ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels (including English channels) are provided. The apartment is spacious with plenty of storage, comfortable beds and pillows, and fibre internet with the router inside so a wired connection is possible. The balcony gets afternoon sun, perfect for relaxing after a day out. No lift - only stairs to the first floor.

The pool is surrounded by a sun terrace and garden, and the complex has a fence around the pool for safety. Sun loungers or beach chairs are available by the pool. Scuba diving is available in the surrounding area. The nearby Playa de los Pocillos beach is a 3-minute walk, and the full beachfront promenade stretches to the port, ideal for walks and exploring bars and views.

Wi-Fi is free in the apartment via fibre, with the router inside allowing a wired connection if needed. A safety deposit box is provided for valuables, and CCTV is present in common areas.
