The apartments are modern and well maintained, offering generous space for groups or families. Two unit configurations are available: one with 1 bedroom (3 beds) and another with 2 bedrooms (4 beds), both featuring a private bathroom with either a shower or a bath, a hairdryer, and heated floors in some bathrooms. Soundproof walls and double-glazed windows keep the interior quiet despite the street proximity. Each unit includes a well-fitted kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, coffee machine, electric kettle, and all necessary cookware and utensils. A washing machine, wardrobe, dining table, and flat-screen TV complete the setup. The apartments are cleaned thoroughly before arrival, and fresh towels and bedding are provided.

The apartment's full kitchen - with stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, and all cooking utensils - makes it easy to prepare meals. Nearby supermarkets (Penny, Spar) are a 5-10 minute walk away for groceries. Turkish restaurants Anadolu et (0.5 km), Das Columbus (1 km), Wald4ler Stub'n (1 km), and MiS Kebab (1 km) offer varied dining options within walking distance. The host can provide local restaurant recommendations upon request.

The property offers free highspeed Wi-Fi in every room, reliable for streaming and browsing. Check-in is self-service via a door code sent by the host on the arrival day, allowing flexible arrival times. The host is responsive through WhatsApp or phone and can assist with requests for items like a toaster. An invoice is provided upon request. No daily housekeeping is included, but the apartment is thoroughly cleaned before each stay and all linens and towels are provided. No luggage storage is available on site. The building has a designated smoking area outside (smoking is not allowed inside). Street parking is free on weekends only; paid underground parking (not managed by the property) is available in the vicinity.
