The tram stop at Arbesovo náměstí is about 130 metres away, and the Anděl metro station is 600 metres from the property. A convenience store is a 2-minute walk, Children's Island with its large playground is nearby on the riverbank, and the Smíchov shopping mall is 600 metres away. The congress centre is across the river, about 2 km by road or 20-30 minutes by public transport. The airport shuttle is available for an additional fee.

The apartments are set in a building from 1874 and have been recently renovated with themed interiors. Each unit includes a kitchenette or full kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, electric kettle, coffee machine, and washing machine. Bedrooms feature parquet floors, soundproofing, heating, and flat-screen TVs with cable channels. The ground-floor Apartment with Garden View has one bedroom with beds for three plus a crib and two sofa beds. Other room types - the King Studio, Deluxe Apartment with Garden View, Three-Bedroom Apartment Suite, and Superior Apartment with Garden View - are on the first or second floor accessed by stairs. There is no air conditioning; however, windows provide good ventilation, and the yard offers shade. The apartments are allergy-friendly, with an outdoor seating area in the garden and a picnic area.

A modern, eco-friendly bistro named The Bowls is located in the same building and offers international cuisine in a family-friendly, modern, and romantic setting. The bistro staff typically handle key handover to arriving guests. Breakfast is included in each booking and is delivered to the apartment between 8:45 and 9:30 each morning: you will find fresh bread, pastries, cheese, ham, eggs, yogurt, butter, jam, milk, and fresh fruit. On the first day, a welcome plate of fruit and basic breakfast items (eggs, yogurt, butter, jam, milk) are already in the fridge. The breakfast is self-prepared from the provided ingredients.
