The Grand Théâtre de Bordeaux is just 2 minutes on foot, while Place de la Bourse lies 200 m away and Esplanade des Quinconces is a 5-minute walk. The Museum of Aquitaine is less than 1 km from the apartment. Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport is 11 km away; a direct tram runs from the airport and train station, making the property easily accessible without a car. Despite being surrounded by many bars and restaurants, the side-street position keeps the apartment quiet at night.

The apartment has 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom with 2 beds, and 1 bathroom with a bath and free toiletries. The well-fitted kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, kitchenware and microwave, ideal for self-catered stays. Additional features include a washing machine, tea and coffee maker, dining area, flat-screen TV with cable channels, parquet floors, heating, ironing facilities, and a fireplace. The apartment overlooks an inner courtyard, ensuring it remains quiet. The bathroom is a good size, and the bed is comfortable. The sofa bed in the living room accommodates an extra guest.

The apartment does not have a restaurant or breakfast service, but the well-equipped kitchen (stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, cookware) makes preparing meals straightforward. Numerous restaurants are clustered within 0.5 km, including Le Chaudron, Le Petit Mignon, Le Petit Commerce, Nom d'Une Crepe, FuFu Ramen Restaurant, and Le Bouchon Bordelais. La Brasserie Bordelaise is 0.5 km away.

Wi-Fi is free of charge in public areas. The apartment offers a paid airport shuttle; however, the direct tram from the airport and station is a more convenient alternative. Luggage storage is possible, and an earlier check-in at 12:15 can be arranged. Late check-in is facilitated by a secure key box at the building entrance. The property is on the first floor without a lift. Family rooms are available, but pets are not allowed. Public parking is available nearby for €20 per day with no reservation needed. An electric vehicle charging station, hairdresser/beautician, and a barber/beauty shop are also on site.
