The Colli Albani metro and bus stops are within a short walk, making car-free city exploration straightforward. On-street parking and free public parking are available nearby, and several restaurants, cafes, and a grocery store are within a 5-minute walk. The area itself is a quieter residential zone, providing a calm base after touring the city.

Rooms vary, including options with shared or private bathrooms. Some rooms have a private entrance, soundproofing, a washing machine, or a balcony.
