Hotel Details

Location

The Appia Hotel sits in central Cannes, 250 m from La Croisette and beaches, and a 5-minute walk from the SNCF train station.

Located just behind Rue d'Antibes, the hotel is within walking distance of the Palais des Festivals (450 m), the harbour (15 min), and the Cannes outdoor market. The train station is an easy walk, making the property well-suited for car-free travel. Numerous restaurants, bars, and shops on Rue d'Antibes are moments away, and the city centre is quiet at night despite being central.

Accommodation

Rooms are air-conditioned, with free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and an en suite bathroom with a shower.

Each room is equipped with heating, a flat-screen TV, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. Flooring is a mix of carpet and parquet. Rooms are compact and functional, with limited storage space - best suited for travelers with smaller luggage. Soundproofing between rooms is limited; noise from doors and corridors can be an issue for light sleepers. A large bed is available subject to availability, and daily housekeeping is provided.

Dining

A continental breakfast is served daily for an additional charge of 15 EUR.

The hotel does not have an on-site restaurant or bar. The continental breakfast is a basic buffet of bread, pastries, and beverages. For other meals, the surrounding area offers numerous cafés, restaurants, and sandwich shops - all within a 5-minute walk. Free coffee and tea are available at the reception.
