HOTEL BRIMER CANNES, Cannes

Hotel Brimer sits on a quiet street perpendicular to Rue d'Antibes, placing you steps from designer shops, restaurants, and the main shopping artery. Cannes train station is 500 meters away (6 minutes on foot), making it easy to arrive by rail. Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is 26 km away, reachable by a 45-minute bus ride (RCA line, Hôtel de Ville stop) or a 23-minute drive via motorway. The Forville market (300 m) offers fresh local produce, and the historic Suquet quarter is a short walk. Street parking is available in surrounding streets, and a public car park is 200 meters from the hotel. The central location means most attractions - Croisette, Palais, beaches, restaurants, and the old town - are within a 5-10 minute walk, making a car unnecessary for exploring.

Breakfast is a simple but fresh continental buffet - ideal for a quick start before exploring. The property does not have its own restaurant, but the surrounding area is dense with dining options: Auberge Provençale, Il Teatro, La Table du Chef, Legend Café, and Les Canailles are all within a 5-minute walk. A supermarket is adjacent for self-catering essentials. For those who prefer to eat out, the Croisette promenade and Rue d'Antibes are lined with cafés, brasseries, and fine-dining restaurants, all within easy walking distance.

Leisure options are centred on Cannes' public and private beaches, the 7-km Croisette promenade with its luxury palaces (Majestic, Carlton, Martinez), and the historic Suquet quarter with the Tour du Suquet and Musée de la Castre. The Forville market (300 m) offers a vibrant local food scene, and Île Saint-Honorat is a 10-minute boat trip from the port. Seasonal events like the Cannes Film Festival, Festival des Jeux, and Cannes Lions are easily accessible on foot from the hotel.

The hotel offers free, reliable Wi-Fi in all rooms and common areas. Reception is available daily; late arrivals are provided with a door code and staff are on call. Luggage storage is available, allowing guests to explore before check-in (15:00) or after check-out (11:00). Payment is accepted by American Express, Visa, Maestro, and MasterCard. There is no on-site parking, but street parking and a nearby public car park (200 m) are practical options. No elevator is present, so rooms on upper floors require stair access. The property is secure, with secure door entry. No restaurant, spa, or fitness facilities are available.
