Public transport is excellent: tram lines 9 and 22 stop about 100 metres away, and Vaclav Havel Airport is 13 km distant - the airport shuttle or trams are reliable options. Parking is off-site (150 m) via the Mr.Parkit service; a 10-minute loading/unloading zone exists in front of the building if space is free.

The property offers studio, one-bedroom, and larger apartments - all with private entrance, private bathroom (walk-in shower except the Garden View apartment which has a bathtub), fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, tea and coffee facilities), parquet flooring, and flat-screen TV with streaming services. The one-bedroom apartment is on the third floor; the elevator stops at a mezzanine, so a short flight of stairs is needed.
