ARTE DI ROMA - GUEST HOUSE, Rome

Arte di Roma is on Via Filippo Turati, a practical base for exploring Rome. The metro gives quick access across the city, and major sights such as the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Trevi Fountain are within a 20-30 minute walk. Termini station is the main rail hub, making it easy to reach by airport train (Ciampino 13 km, FCO via shuttle) and for day trips. The surrounding Termini area is busy and varied; it is a central transport artery with many cafés, restaurants, and shops within a few blocks, but the immediate street can feel less polished than quieter residential zones.

The property offers double rooms and a one-bedroom apartment, all with private bathrooms and walk-in showers. Rooms are fitted with air conditioning, a tea and coffee maker, hairdryer, free toiletries, and a dining area. The apartment includes a kitchenette with cookware and an electric kettle. Some rooms face the internal courtyard, which provides a quiet, private setting. Noise between rooms can occur - the property is not fully soundproofed. Rooms are generally described as clean, modern, and comfortable, with king-sized beds in some units. The building is a typical Roman palazzo; there is a lift but note it serves from the 2.5 floor level.

Arte di Roma does not have a restaurant or offer breakfast. Guests can use the shared kitchen area for basic meal preparation. The surrounding streets are dense with dining options - Indian, Chinese, Italian, and international cuisine are all found within 300-500 metres. Mercato Centrale Roma, a large food hall, is 0.5 km away. For quick bites, Miky Bar and several takeaway spots are in the same block. Check individual room listings to see if breakfast can be added.

The property does not operate a wellness centre, swimming pool, or fitness room. For leisure activities, guests can explore Rome's sights on foot or via the nearby metro and tram stops. The central location means many major attractions, parks, and cultural venues are accessible within a 20-30 minute walk or a short public transport ride.

WiFi is free throughout the property. Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out, which allows for exploring the city without bags. The automatic check-in system with an electronic keypad works for arrivals after 20:00. Reception staff speak English, Italian, and Chinese and can assist with bookings and directions. No parking is provided. Laundry can be arranged for an additional charge. The building is non-smoking throughout. The property does not have a restaurant, spa, or pool. Self-check-in makes late arrivals straightforward.
