Atocha railway station - serving high-speed AVE trains and the airport bus shuttle - is a 10-15 minute walk away, making the location practical for both city exploration and onward travel. El Retiro Park and the Prado Museum are within about 20-30 minutes on foot. The immediate street is busy yet the residential block itself is calm.

Room sizes vary. Single, double, twin and triple configurations are available. Twin rooms have two single beds; the double room uses one double bed (approximately 1.40 m wide). Some recent refurbishment has been done, with renewed bathrooms and new blinds. Rooms at the ends of the corridor (e.g. 601, 602, 607, 608) are quieter than those in the middle. A balcony is present in some single and triple rooms. The bathrooms are functional though compact - the shower and washbasin are small, so larger-framed guests may find them tight. Noise from corridor door codes and neighbouring rooms can affect sleep, particularly in rooms 603-606. Some rooms face a busy street, so windows may not seal completely. The mattresses vary - some are described as comfortable, others as very soft or thin.

The area around Paseo de las Delicias is well supplied with casual dining options: Taberna La Pepa, El Quinto Pecado and Cafeteria El Deleite are all within 0.5 km. A Mercadona supermarket is right next door for self-catering supplies. Breakfast is not served on site, so morning meals need to be planned at a nearby café or supermarket.

The property focuses on practical accommodation rather than leisure amenities. There is no pool, spa, gym or common lounge. For outdoor recreation, El Retiro Park (2 km) and the Prado Museum (2 km) are reachable on foot or by a short metro ride.

WiFi is free throughout and generally works well. Check-in is self-service using door codes sent by the team, making late arrivals straightforward. Luggage storage is available free of charge before check-in and after check-out, which is especially useful for catching a later train from Atocha.
