A shopping centre, supermarkets and several casual cafés are within a five-minute walk. The area is generally quiet and feels safe.

Each room is individually decorated in a clean, contemporary style and includes a double bed, air conditioning (remote in room), a TV, and blackout blinds. Rooms vary in size, with some being spacious and others more compact. The shared bathrooms are modern, with two on the corridor and one featuring a double shower. The property also has a fully equipped shared kitchen with a large refrigerator, hob, cutlery, and utensils - ideal for preparing meals. The main noise source is plumbing: bathroom pipes are audible in many rooms, especially in rooms adjacent to a bathroom (such as room 6). Road-facing rooms may also hear occasional street sounds.
