AU BAS DE MONTMARTRE !, Paris

This apartment sits in one of Paris's most iconic neighbourhoods, directly at the base of the Montmartre hill. Sacré-Coeur is a 4-minute stroll, La Cigale Concert Hall is 7 minutes away, and Pigalle Metro Station is less than 1 km, providing direct links across the city. Gare du Nord is a 15-minute walk, making the apartment practical for Eurostar arrivals. The surrounding streets are filled with bakeries, cafés, and restaurants (10+ within 0.5 km), while the quiet inner courtyard shields the apartment from street noise. With an excellent location score (9.5/10), the area is ideal for exploring Paris on foot or by metro, but car access is not recommended due to the lack of parking.

The apartment comprises 1 bedroom, 1 living room with a sofa bed, and 1 bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The kitchen is fully fitted with an oven, microwave, kitchenware, and a coffee machine. The living area includes a dining table, seating area, and a flat-screen TV (note: the bedroom TV may not work). The apartment offers an inner courtyard view, providing natural light and quiet. The two beds are available: one in the bedroom and the sofa bed. Additional practical features include a washing machine. Some furnishings are described as worn/tired, the floors can be creaky, and the front door key may require a special technique to operate. No wardrobe is present, but hanging space is limited. Heating is effective, making the apartment comfortable in cooler months.
