A.V.E. PENSION KLISKA, Prague

The pension is situated in a calm and green residential area, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. A tram stop (line 17) is a 5-minute walk away, reaching the Old Town Square and Charles Bridge in about 25 minutes. Metro line C is also within a 10-minute walk, offering direct access to the city centre and main railway station. Several restaurants are within 0.5-1 km on foot. By car, the property is 6 km from Prague Zoo and the O2 Arena, and 17 km from Václav Havel Airport. Parking on site is available but must be reserved.

Standard rooms are compact but clean, each with a seating area, satellite TV, electric kettle, and tea/coffee making facilities. The suite adds a separate living room, a full kitchenette (stovetop, oven, fridge, cookware), a dining area, and streaming services on the TV - ideal for longer stays or families. Rooms facing the garden are quieter; those overlooking the street may pick up some traffic noise, which heavy curtains help mitigate. Setup for a maximum of 3 guests (extra bed rates apply). No balcony available. Daily housekeeping is provided. Heating ensures comfort, and rooms stay pleasantly cool even during warmer weather.

A continental buffet breakfast includes bread, fresh pastries, cheese, juice, and hot drinks. It is served each morning in the shared lounge area. For other meals, there are several restaurants within a 0.5 to 1 km walk (e.g., Restaurace U Soucku). The suite's kitchenette also allows self-catering. A drinks fridge in the lounge offers beverages at low prices.
