Beds are typically made with only a top sheet; blankets and comforters are not provided. Microwave, coffee maker, and proper closet space are absent. Room lighting is very dim, and windows have only paper blinds that provide little light blockage. Showerheads are often mounted low, and shower drains may be slow. The overall standard of cleanliness is very low, with floors frequently described as dirty, stained furniture, and reports of bugs (cockroaches, spiders, lice). The property layout and thin walls mean that noise from neighboring rooms and courtyard activity carries easily, especially on weekend nights.

Restaurant #1 is on-site and serves American food. There is a bar on the property, and the courtyard lounge features games (pool table, foosball). The front desk doubles as a small shop selling ice and snacks, and a pot of coffee is reportedly available from the office after 8 am, but not as a formal breakfast service. Guests should note that the bar may not always have a bartender on duty. The location is very convenient for finding food, with several restaurants and bars within a 5-15 minute walk, including a popular coffee shop (Pour) next door, Donovan's liquor store, and multiple dining options ranging from gelato to family buffets.

The main leisure facility is a year-round outdoor saltwater swimming pool that is accessible 24 hours. The pool area is part of a gated courtyard with plants, lights, and outdoor games, creating a social hub. However, the pool water chemistry (pH/chlorine) and cleanliness are not always consistent, and the outdoor furniture (pool loungers, cushions) is often worn or missing. The courtyard itself has patched concrete and some overgrown areas. Beach access is directly across the street, offering a natural alternative. The hotel is not a leisure destination in itself, but functions as a budget crash-pad or social base.

Free private parking is available on-site, but the lot is small (estimated 15-20 spots) and frequently overflows onto surrounding streets or grass, particularly on weekends. Wi-Fi is available in all areas and free of charge, but the signal is often weak or non-existent in upstairs rooms, requiring guests to use their own mobile hotspot. The 24-hour front desk can provide towels upon request (exchanged at the desk) and a small selection of supplies. Luggage storage is not offered, and there is no laundry facility for guests. The property is strictly non-smoking throughout, though this rule is not always enforced. A $100 security deposit is charged at check-in and may take up to 10 days to be refunded.
