Guests should note that the bar may not always have a bartender on duty. The location is very convenient for finding food, with several restaurants and bars within a 5-15 minute walk, including a popular coffee shop (Pour) next door, Donovan's liquor store, and multiple dining options ranging from gelato to family buffets.

Free private parking is available on-site, but the lot is small (estimated 15-20 spots) and frequently overflows onto surrounding streets or grass, particularly on weekends. Wi-Fi is available in all areas and free of charge, but the signal is often weak or non-existent in upstairs rooms, requiring guests to use their own mobile hotspot. The 24-hour front desk can provide towels upon request (exchanged at the desk) and a small selection of supplies. Luggage storage is not offered, and there is no laundry facility for guests. The property is strictly non-smoking throughout, though this rule is not always enforced. A $100 security deposit is charged at check-in and may take up to 10 days to be refunded.
