The nearest metro station is a 20- to 30-minute walk and requires some navigating, making taxi or motorbike taxi a more straightforward option for reaching the BTS or MRT lines. City buses stop directly in front of the hotel. Ample free parking and a valet service make car travel easy. Motorway (Route 7) is directly accessible via the Srinakarin exit. Large shopping malls such as Tesco Lotus, The Mall Bangkapi, Seacon Square, and Paradise Park are minutes away. A 7-Eleven is within a 7-minute walk. Numerous international restaurants and fast-food outlets line the surrounding streets.

Each cottage is a standalone unit surrounded by tropical greenery and flowers, offering a private, quiet retreat. The standard Deluxe measures 38 m² with a double bed, private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, clothing storage, safe, mini-bar, electric stove, water boiler, and a kitchen area with tableware. The bathroom is ventilated and includes hot and cold water. Some rooms include a bathtub. A flat-screen TV, work desk, and free high-speed WiFi are provided. Select cottages are fitted with sliding doors and grab bars in the toilet and shower for wheelchair users or elderly visitors. Cottages are about 300 metres from the reception and breakfast area; a golf-cart shuttle is available on request. Daily housekeeping is standard.
