Traffic noise from the highway and passing trains can be audible; rooms away from the road are quieter. For city exploration, the Airport Rail Link connects to central Bangkok in about 30 minutes.

The hostel offers dormitory beds with free lockers and privacy curtains, as well as private single rooms with shared bathroom. Each room is air-conditioned and equipped with a flat-screen TV, desk, and dining area. Beds are firm and generally comfortable, though the overall finish is basic. Some rooms show signs of wear, with occasional reports of mold or dust in common areas; however, bedding is kept clean. Noise from the adjacent railway and highway can be noticeable, especially in road-facing rooms. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs or request a quieter spot. Shared bathrooms are located in a separate courtyard building. Rooms do not have balconies.

Breakfast is included and consists of Asian-style dishes, fresh fruit, toast, and beverages. The host often prepares a Thai omelette or other hot items on request.
