The location is well-suited for hospital visits, with many local restaurants, a Carrefour Express, and cafés within a 5-minute walk. Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport is 7 km away. The immediate area is practical and busy, with some road noise from the front of the building.

Room types include studios with a kitchenette (fridge, cookware), twin rooms, double rooms, and triple rooms. All have a flat-screen TV, wardrobe, tea and coffee maker, and parquet flooring. Some units have a balcony. While rooms are clean and functional, room sizes are generally compact. The mattress quality is variable; some units have comfortable beds while others are reported as thin or sagging. Road-facing rooms can be noisy, while courtyard-facing rooms are quieter. Some studio photos do not match the actual room layout. Key access is via multiple keys and keyboxes, which some find complex.
