Downsview Park is 300 meters away for morning runs. York University is 5 km away, Aviva Centre is 7 km, and Casa Loma is 13 km. The location suits those attending events at Rogers Stadium or working in northern Toronto, while downtown trips require a longer commute.

Accommodation

A modern private room with a king bed, private bathroom, TV, air conditioning, and optional balcony.

The room is clean, bright, and functionally equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine. It offers city views from the balcony or patio. The triple room layout includes a private bathroom with shower, free toiletries, and bathrobes. The space is suitable for a single or couple, though luggage storage is limited; a small dining table and dryer are provided. The homestay setup means the host lives on-site, fostering a friendly atmosphere, but the room and bathroom are entirely private.

No on-site restaurant; the room includes a refrigerator and microwave for basic meal preparation.

Guests can store and reheat food in the room. Several dining options are within a 2-3 km radius, including Pho Mi Asia, Buzz Buzz Pizza, Mustafa Turkish Pizza, and Peter G's Bar and Grill. For a full meal, driving or using public transit is necessary, as there are no restaurants directly adjacent.

Wellness and Leisure

Nearby Downsview Park offers jogging paths and green space, with an ice-skating rink also in the area.

The property itself has a picnic area and access to a water park (off-site, free). The quiet residential location is ideal for outdoor runs in Downsview Park, located 300 meters away. For other leisure, Casa Loma (13 km) and downtown Toronto attractions are accessible by public transit, but the immediate area is primarily residential.

Free ultrafast WiFi, free laundry, air conditioning, and self check-in with access codes.

The property offers free WiFi with speeds up to 536 Mbps, suitable for streaming and video calls. Free on-site laundry is available (shared). Parking is nearby for CAD 20 per stay, with a permit needed for on-street spots. Self check-in with digital codes provides flexibility, and early luggage storage is possible.
