Roma Trastevere station is a three-minute walk, offering direct trains to Fiumicino Airport (30 minutes) and to the Ostia beaches. A tram stop is located directly opposite the building, and several bus lines serve the area. The Colosseum and Roman Forum are roughly 3 km away, reachable by tram or bus in about 20 minutes. The immediate neighbourhood is well equipped with pizzerias, cafes, a supermarket, and a minimarket, all within a few minutes' walk. For those driving, unrestricted public parking is available on nearby streets (free, but unreserved). A paid airport shuttle can be arranged for direct transfers.

Room sizes vary: some are compact and practical, while others are more spacious, particularly those with balconies.
