B&B SPQR, Rome

The property sits in a residential area 23 km from Rome Ciampino Airport. Roma Tiburtina Station provides high-speed and regional rail services, including direct links to Termini, Fiumicino Airport, and major destinations. The metro station, a 15-minute walk away, connects to the city centre in four stops. Several bus stops are within a five-minute walk for local routes. Sapienza University and Porta Maggiore are nearby landmarks. The secure building and quiet residential street offer a practical base for transit-focused or budget-conscious stays.

Rooms are offered as double, triple, or family configurations. Each room includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and bidet, a coffee machine, wardrobe, and desk. Triple rooms have two beds, family rooms accommodate larger groups. Units may have a terrace or balcony depending on availability. Soundproofing is minimal; noise from adjacent rooms and upper floors is common, making the property more suited to short stays or light sleepers who prepare accordingly. Some rooms face the road, which can increase noise.

Breakfast is not a full-service meal; it is a basic spread of packaged pastries, cookies, and a coffee machine set up near the rooms. There is no restaurant or bar on site for lunch or dinner. The surrounding area has several dining options within a 5- to 10-minute walk, including pizzerias, kebab shops, and wine bars, offering practical alternatives for main meals.

The property offers key access for security and a minimarket on site for essential purchases. A hairdresser and barber/beauty shop are part of the building. Fax/photocopying is offered for business needs. Luggage storage is free, allowing flexibility before check-in or after checkout. Pets are allowed on request with applicable charges. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro, Discover, CartaSi, and MasterCard.
