AFFITTACAMERE ROMA TIBURTINA, Rome

The property is directly opposite Roma Tiburtina station, which provides rail, metro (line B), and bus connections, making it an excellent base for travelling to the city centre, Termini station (3 km), and Ciampino Airport (23 km). Sapienza University is 2 km away. The immediate area has a range of bars, restaurants, and supermarkets within a short walk. However, the neighbourhood of Tiburtina is busy and can feel less safe after dark; it is advisable to stay aware of your surroundings at night. The station proximity also means noise from trains and street traffic, particularly in rooms facing the main road.

The offered breakfast is minimal: a few wrapped pastries or small cakes left in the room, plus a shared corridor coffee machine and a kettle for hot drinks. This is far from a full breakfast and may disappoint anyone expecting a proper meal or hot dishes. There is no restaurant or bar on site. Several restaurants, bars, and cafés (e.g., Il Carroccio, Ingredienti, GROM gelato) are within a 5-minute walk from the property, providing ample alternative dining options. For those who value a hot breakfast, planning to eat out is strongly recommended.

The property offers free Wi-Fi in all areas, a lift, and daily housekeeping service. Luggage storage is available at an additional charge - useful if arriving before check-in or leaving after check-out. Pets are allowed on request, and charges may apply. The reception staff speak English, Spanish, and Italian, but there is no 24-hour front desk; all check-in communication is digital or via phone. An invoice is provided for business travellers. The building has key access and fire extinguishers. Parking is not available. The service model is essentially self-service; residents report that direct staff assistance can be difficult to obtain outside of cleaning hours.
