The property provides a range of rooms, from double rooms with shared bathrooms to a spacious family room with two double beds and a single bed, which includes a private bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned and feature a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a tea and coffee maker, a wardrobe, and parquet floors. Some double rooms offer city or garden views. The family room is noted for being large and comfortable, with the family room particularly suitable for groups of five. Rooms are modern and clean, though some units are basement rooms without windows, so it is advisable to request a room on an upper floor if natural light is important. The beds are generally comfortable, and soundproofing can vary.

The property does not have a spa, gym, or pool. For leisure, guests can join walking tours, pub crawls, or cycling routes that start from the neighbourhood.
