Accommodation options range from double rooms to a spacious quadruple room. All rooms feature a private bathroom with a shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Each unit has air conditioning, heating, a wardrobe, and parquet flooring. The superior rooms and the quadruple room include a fully equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, and dining area. Basement rooms may have higher humidity and less natural light, so above-ground rooms are preferable. Blackout blinds and effective soundproofing are noted in some rooms, while others report thin walls. The quadruple room offers a separate seating area.

The property does not offer breakfast, a restaurant, or a bar. For those staying in rooms with a kitchenette, preparing meals is convenient as cooking utensils and a coffee machine are provided. The surrounding area has numerous bakeries, coffee shops, and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk, including Tagiura, Ba Ghetto, and L'Arte della Pizza. A Lidl supermarket is 4 minutes away, ideal for stocking up on supplies. For morning coffee or a quick meal, several cafés are steps from the entrance.

The property has no pool, spa, gym, or sauna. The area's quiet, safe streets and a garden front offer a calm environment for leisurely walks. CityLife park and shopping district are within easy reach, and San Siro stadium is a short bus ride away.
