BCN SAGRADA FAMILIA APARTMENTS, Barcelona

Located on Carrer Roselló 478 in the Eixample district, the apartment is in the city's top-rated area. Jardins de Montserrat Roig gardens are 100 metres away, and numerous restaurants, bakeries, and shops line the surrounding streets. Plaza Catalunya is a 20-minute metro ride, and Barceloneta Beach is 4 km away. For airport transfer, a taxi is easiest; alternatively, take the Aerobus to Plaça Catalunya and then the metro. The metro station is 5 minutes on foot, providing direct connections across the city. Street noise from the main road can be noticeable at night, which may matter for light sleepers.

Decorated in grey tones, the accommodation includes one double bedroom, one bathroom, and a living area with a sofa bed, TV, and dining space. The kitchenette has a microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, and basic cookware. Rooms are compact; the sofa bed is small for two adults and better suited for one adult or two children. The TV has a history of malfunction - often no remote, no signal, or it turns off by itself. The bathroom has a shower with a plastic curtain and no proper screen, which can cause water to pool on the floor. Noise insulation is poor; sound from neighbouring apartments and the street carries easily. The apartment is older and functional, not modern, which suits guests prioritising location and practicality over recent decor.

There is no on-site breakfast, restaurant, or bar. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, and basic cookware for preparing simple meals. A full oven and freezer are not standard. Several bakeries, cafés, and restaurants are a short walk away - including El Arepazo, La Fromagerie, Sarment, and Kiwami, all within 0.5 km, and El Senorio del Peru at 0.5 km. For a fuller meal, the surrounding streets offer a range of dining options, making it easy to eat out every night.

The property does not have a swimming pool, spa, or gym. The furnished balcony with city views is the only dedicated leisure area. For recreation, the nearby Jardins de Montserrat Roig gardens (100 metres) offer a green space, and the metro gives quick access to Barcelona's beaches and parks.
