The penthouse is located in a quiet residential area of Amsterdam Zuid, within easy reach of the city centre via public transport - tram and bus stops are steps away, and RAI station and Amstel station are both within 10 minutes on foot. Schiphol Airport is 13 km away (about 20 minutes by train from a nearby station). The Heineken Experience is 2 km away, the Van Gogh Museum is 3 km away, and the city centre is reachable in 20 minutes by tram. Cycles are a practical way to explore the neighbourhood, with many locations accessible by bicycle.

The apartment features a separate bedroom with a king-size bed (cannot be split) and a living room with a king-size sofa bed. The en-suite bathroom includes a bath and a shower, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. The kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, electric kettle, tea and coffee maker, and a washing machine (no dryer).
