CENTRAL SWEET BNB, Amsterdam

The guest house sits in the heart of Amsterdam, placing the Anne Frank House less than 1 km away and the Dutch National Opera & Ballet at 2 km. The Museum Ons' Lieve Heer op Solder and Beurs van Berlage are within a 3-5 minute walk. Schiphol Airport is 16 km away. The property is also in the Red Light District - street-facing rooms may experience evening noise - but the tram stop and central train station make car-free city access straightforward.

The double room includes a private bathroom with a bath and a shower, offering one bed. The family room sleeps up to 4 on 2 separate beds in each of its 2 rooms, with a private shower and hairdryer. Both units are located on the second floor (stairs only, no lift). Bedrooms cannot be locked (fire safety rules), and the host passes through the same hallway to access their own space. Some rooms are in the basement without windows or ventilation. Thin walls and street-facing rooms near the Red Light District can be noisy. The property offers heating and is non-smoking throughout.

The guest house does not provide breakfast, a restaurant or a bar. Guests will need to plan meals outside the property. The surrounding area offers a dense concentration of dining options within 0.5 km, including Italian (IL Pacioccone, La Zoccola del Pacioccone Pizzeria), steakhouses (Gauchos, TDQ Steaks), burgers (Burger Bar Kolksteeg), Syrian food (Palmyra Syrian Restaurant) and Dutch fine dining (De Silveren Spiegel). This variety makes eating out easy for all meal times.

WiFi is free in all areas. Private check-in/check-out is provided, and an invoice can be issued. The property has smoke alarms. No parking is available, so public transport or walking from Central Station is recommended for arrivals. The accommodation is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Accepted payment cards include American Express, Visa, Diners Club, Maestro and MasterCard.
